The staff were so welcoming to the resort and it felt like coming home. The breakfast was good and the dinner was just amazing. It was a fine dining multi course dinner each night. Just fabulous. I will highly recommend staying there for a relaxing weekend.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was surprisingly sound proof except for the toilet flushing from the next door.

Room is big and enough for 3 of us. Heater is warm enough for snowy days. View from Room is ok. Have tatami area to sit and eat.

Breakfast was good with ample of selections. The room were spacious enough. It does decorated the hotel in conjuction with Halloween theme and my kids totally enjoy it!

The receptionist is perfect showing her hospitality and warm welcome to me, she has full patient to answer my questions and help to arrange all remote transportation with Japanese content

Breakfast was perfect! Its not buffet style and well prepared. Very well located; near the skii resort and Bokano Sato. there is free marshmallow during dinner too. We also ordered the beef dinner which was amazing too!

Great location and a fun atmosphere. We were arriving by bicycle, and because it was raining allowed us to check in very early, which was so helpful.
